WHAT IS YOUR VISION?
What is your vision for the New Earth? What are you focused on? Where are your thoughts right now? Do you believe that it is possible to manifest what we desire- in freedom and in joy?
Is it possible to imagine living in a world with like-minded souls, supporting and nurturing one another? Where there is harmony and love…passion and joy?
The answer is to start now, by transforming your life as it is in this moment. Embracing yourself in all your human glory, is the best place to begin.
As many spiritual teachers will tell you, the way to transform your life is by reaching the inner world through awareness. All you need do is tap into it. But with the intensity of energies increasing on this planet over the past few months, coupled with the personal and global dramas- how do we really find that center? By entering the present moment and knowing that is where the peace we so long for resides. If we allow ourselves to be calm and still, even if only for a moment, we can find peace even during the storm.
Our challenge is to truly observe and be the witness of our behaviors, ideally while interacting with others. When you can view yourself from this higher perspective, and integrate all of the parts of you that are participating, you gain a viewpoint of allowing the drama to unfold, but not get caught in it. This will help you to identify the emotions that are brought up without being sucked in. By doing this, it allows us to continue to disengage from the story, and to be very present for our own process.
Enter into Stillness as often as you are able. Open to your own Divinity and thus transform your world. Enter into Stillness via your heart, join with your higher self and together we can transform the planet!

A recent talk at a local library-(see picture) led me to a fascinating discovery:
Humans are an interesting bunch.
Most of us spend many hours, many days and many years in thinking mode.
We think of what has happened to us, or what will happen.
The human brain ruminates, plots, plans, worries, and dreams up many “what if” scenarios.
Wouldn’t you like to get to a point where you are running the show of what your brain thinks about?
What if you were able to take a big step back from the mind chatter and to sort out what is important and what is distraction? How would you feel about being able to make decisions from a clear and calm center?
