“Do all that you can, with all that you have, in the time that you have, in the place where you are.”  ~ Nkosi Johnson

To keep this newsletter brief and to the point, I will begin by wishing you a joyous, and happy New Year.  May you find your desires, and joys- in all ways.  May we have peace on this planet and in our hearts.

How would it be if we all began to act from our hearts? What would our world look like?

Let’s decide to cooperate instead of compete.  To unite instead of divide.  To forgive instead of hold anger.  To compliment, instead of criticize.  To be grateful instead of greedy.  To be a part of the solution instead of being part of the problem. To serve the common good, rather than just the individual.

Wishing you all a wonderful and magical 2015!  Let’s “rock” on!

With deep heart love,          cathy

The Paradox of our age:

Life is an amazing Paradox!

Wanting something, yet releasing attachment to it.

Being open-minded yet mindful of being too open

Staying grounded, yet ready to fly

Wanting connection, yet being comfortable with being alone

Honoring independence, yet knowing when to ask for help

Planning ahead, and also being in the moment

Keeping an eye on the destination, and relishing the journey

Having less time for ourselves, but an increased need for self-care

Loving everyone, but being okay with not liking everyone

Celebrating fear, but not getting caught up in it

Honoring our story, yet releasing attachment to it

Focusing on the whole and staying true to the ONE
