Boost Your Confidence!

Be Authentic

Do all that you can, with all that you have, in the time that you have, in the place where you are.”  ~ Nkosi Johnson

YOU are here to Shine Your Light!  You are here to learn compassion for yourself and to stand more fully in your power.

How would it be if we all began to act from our hearts? What would our world look like?

What's your definition of confidence? Here's mine:

~ A person who is in control of her energy, emotions and personal power. She is aware of herself and acts from this place of heart-centered passion power and purpose.. She holds herself with grace and unapologetic self-expression. Conscious of energy, she doesn't let naysayers or negative people hold her back. She admits when she makes mistakes, gets back up when she "stumbles", and takes full responsibility for her world.

No more playing small anymore~ it's time to shift this world!

How about we start with this:

Let’s decide to cooperate instead of compete.  To unite instead of divide.    To forgive instead of hold anger.  To compliment, instead of criticize.    To be grateful instead of greedy.    To be a part of the solution instead of being part of the problem.   To serve the common good, rather than just the individual.

May you find your desires, and joys- in all ways.  May we have peace on this planet and in our hearts.

Thank you for this motivating and inspiring post, Cathy. The opening quote reminds me to move forward with my dreams and goals while acknowledging the and accepting the limitations of my current life.

My definition of self confidence is feeling secure in knowing that you can care for yourself and adapt to any challenge or situation that life throws at you. It’s also the ability follow intention with action…. being able to act in your own best interests.

HAPPINESS IS AN INSIDE JOB

I've been speaking to so many people lately and in my informal poll about what they are looking for, craving or needing most in their lives... I've finally narrowed down what people want most.
Are you ready for it?
The Number 1 thing that people are looking for most is:

The Miracle of the Mundane World ~ 3 Ways to Bring JOY Back Into Your Life!

Life is a Miracle and a Mystery

At the beginning of this year, I set an intention to bring more JOY back into my life. and to have more fun.
Some of you might know that 2018 was a fairly rocky year for me; (as I know it was for many of you too) but I'm a firm believer in letting the past teach me what I need to learn and pay attention to living in the present.
So, in January- I made the commitment to myself to see the miracles in the every day, take pleasure in the mundane world and stop living in my brain so much.
How is that working out for me?
