How did I get into all this "woo-woo" stuff?
One question I get asked ALL the time- is "
How did you get into energy work and life coaching?"
Here's a bit of the backstory:
Did you know I started my career in Fine Jewelry?
Working with Gems and Crystals from all over the world has always been my passion- that's why I became a Graduate Gemologist!
Long ago (mid 80's), I remember sitting in a meeting
with other gem dealers in NYC
and as I was holding some very valuable gemstone
(Columbian Emeralds, Ceylon Sapphires, Burmese Rubies);
I could feel the energy vibrating in my hands.
I soon discovered that there was amazing energy in many gems and that led me to learn more about holistic healing and the power of working with energy to heal the body.
I learned as much as I could about energy healing, the power of crystals, vibrational healing and working with sound.
Eventually, that passion morphed into opening my store in 2004 in beautiful Sea Cliff, NY (on Long Island)
There I combined fine jewelry, gems, crystals and began teaching workshops, leading meditations, and doing Reiki..
..I became a Reiki Master, Sound Healer, Meditation Teacher, and Transformational Life Coach.
Even though I've long since closed my store locations,
I still honor my Gemstone roots and you can see that reflected in my store- I still love helping people to create a beautiful piece of jewelry that they will love - and with positive energy too!
