Gateways of Inspiration- all about our new on-line course
by Catherine Epstein, Author Gateways of Inspiration
I have a confession to make:
The path of my spiritual growth has not been a golden path strewn with rose petals. Nor has it been one straight line of peace and ease. Quite the contrary, my path has been a series of dirty, messy, painful, curl up in a ball, praying with all my might, yelling at God, then standing in awe watching the sunset- kind of path.
My guess is that you’ve had a similar kind of path~
When I started my first company back in 1989, I was full of hope and imagination that I was going to change the world. Well, life happened and ultimately, it was my own world that changed. In 2006, I found myself needing to re-invent myself once again~ becoming more fully entrenched in the personal growth field. When I founded Living Lotus Group; I became fully dedicated to helping people to re-connect with their hearts. In all my years of Life Coaching and working with people, I’ve discovered that we are each complex individuals, and that there isn’t just one way for us to become INspired again. According to Thomas Leonard, “Inspiration is a sustainable, internal glow that pulls you forward.” I want to help you find that internal glow!
My own life’s work has been about finding the ways to help people to connect to their own inspiration. There are many ways (or “Gateways” as I call them) that will help to reconnect you with your life’s dreams and aspirations. In my own life, I’ve found that I like to sit and reflect in a quiet space; while at other times, I turn the music up loud and dance my ass off. Still other times, I spend time out in nature and talk to the earth.
Of the many workshops I’ve taught over the years, Gateways of Inspiration was always one of my favorites. I’ve seen it make such a life-changing difference when people put these ideas into action. And, in seeing the amazing results, I’ve become even more determined to serve the world and to reach more people just like you. Thus, I was Inspired to put the entire workshop together as an on-line course for you to follow ~ complete with the exercises, meditation suggestions and “inspired action ideas!”
“Think of your inner world as a portable sanctuary.” ~gateways of inspiration
Are you busy too? God, knows I sure am! I was so excited to create an online course because of how busy we all are, we need to continue to do much of this inner work on our time, what fits best into our schedules. With that idea in mind, I created: Gateways to Inspiration.

~feel more inspired, peaceful and JOYful
~appreciate taking time out for yourself
~learn to make more positive choices in your life

“If re-capturing your inspiration sounds like a tall order, then think of what the alternative is like.” ~catherine

What a ride 2018 has been.
I don't know about you, but for me personally- it was one helluva _________ (insert your own imaginative word here)
Do you remember that carnival ride- the one that you sat strapped in- it flung you around, up and down and spun you around? I think it was called a "Tilt-A-Whirl"
That's what 2018 felt like for me.
