In order to meet your needs and to serve as many people as possible; I've developed 4 specific Coaching Programs, each designed to meet your needs:
Coaching Packages and info:
#1- POWER COACHING- This a 90 minute power session designed to give you clarity and focus on the next steps of your life. Through a series of questions, we'll go deep to help you identify what is holding you back and the next way to move forward. You'll receive a specific strategy to move forward. Benefit: CLARITY
#2- JUMPSTART COACHING- 4 weeks of 1 hour sessions to get you to overcome overwhelm and procrastination. These sessions are designed to help re-direct your focus and to weed out distractions. The first session is similar to the Power Coaching session (we go deep) and the two remaining sessions are for feedback and accountability. Great for someone who needs a little more support. Benefit: DIRECTION
#3- OPEN TO YOUR POTENTIAL- This is a 12 week intensive - 'get to the heart of it' coaching package. If you've been feeling out of balance lately, and keep hearing that "nagging voice" to be more connected; and to live more fully to your higher purpose~ and you are ready to do some serious digging/releasing/moving forward; then this is the package for you. Benefit: SUPPORT and TRANSFORMATION
#4- TRANSFORMATION- This is 9 month deep dive into making major changes. We start with your end goal (example: leaving a corporate job); and by reverse engineering, we create the strategy and the steps you need to take to get there. This level of coaching is to provide you with the complete support you need for every step of the way. Typically we meet weekly for the first 3 weeks, then we go to every other week, then finally we meet monthly. A recent talk at a local library-(see picture) led me to a fascinating discovery:
Humans are an interesting bunch.
Most of us spend many hours, many days and many years in thinking mode.
We think of what has happened to us, or what will happen.
The human brain ruminates, plots, plans, worries, and dreams up many “what if” scenarios.
