Feeling burned out?

Ā

So many people I've been speaking to lately are feelin' it too.

Ā

Think about it- we've just come through the past few years of upheaval;and now we're trying to maintain or regain our footing.

Ā

I completely get it!

Ā

Even if you're doing well, I'm sure you know people in your sphere who are experiences challenges and setbacks.

Ā

We (humanity) is definitely shifting and changing-

like the butterfly still in the chrysalis stage-

and those of us who are sensitive to the energy

are feeling it big time!

Ā

To be clear, you might be amazing in certain areas of your life

and completely out of balance in other areas.

Maybe you have a great relationship, but you're working too hard

and not feeling fulfilled, or appreciated.

Ā

So, what isĀ BURNOUTĀ and how do we navigate?

Ā

Burnout is a state of mental, emotional, and physical exhaustion caused by prolonged or excessive stress.

Ā

To prevent burnout, it's essential toĀ prioritize self-careĀ and implement strategies to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Ā

Here areĀ 5 ways to avoid burnout:

Ā

šŸŒ·1)Ā Set realistic goals and boundaries: I always say to establish clear and achievable goals for yourself, both personally and professionally. Break down larger tasks into smaller, manageable ones to reduce feelings of overwhelm. Additionally, set boundaries by learning to say no to excessive demands on your time and energy. Prioritize tasks based on their importance and avoid taking on more than you can handle.

Ā

šŸŒ·2)Ā Practice self-care: Take time to care for yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally. Engage in activities that bring you joy and help you relax, such as exercising, spending time in nature, pursuing hobbies, or practicing mindfulness and meditation. Prioritize sufficient sleep, maintain a healthy diet, and make time for regular breaks throughout the day. Be EXTRA kind to yourself!

Ā

šŸŒ·3)Ā Maintain a healthy work-life balance: Create a clear separation between work and personal life. Establish designated work hours and avoid checking work-related emails or messages during your personal time. Engage in activities outside of work that bring you fulfillment and allow you to recharge. Spending quality time with loved ones, pursuing hobbies, or engaging in recreational activities can help you maintain a sense of balance and prevent burnout. (This is a big challenge for me personally!)

Ā

šŸŒ·4)Ā Seek support and communicate: Reach out to trusted colleagues, friends, or family members for support and understanding. Share your feelings and concerns with them, as talking about your experiences can help alleviate stress. If possible, discuss workload concerns with your supervisor or manager and explore strategies to distribute tasks more effectively or seek assistance when needed. FindĀ non-judgmental supportĀ through Life Coaching!

Ā

šŸŒ·5)Ā Take regular breaks and vacations: Allow yourself to take breaks throughout the day, even if they are short. Mini-breaks are great too! Engaging in brief periods of relaxation or activities you enjoy can help refresh your mind and prevent mental fatigue. Additionally, plan and take regular vacations or time off from work to recharge and rejuvenate. Disconnecting from work-related responsibilities during these periods can help alleviate stress and prevent burnout in the long run.

Ā

Remember, burnout prevention is anĀ ongoing processĀ that requires consistent effort. By implementing these strategies and prioritizing your well-being, you can reduce the risk of burnout and maintain a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.

Ā

Oh, and one more thing:

Ā

FindĀ GRATITUDE and APPRECIATION

for all you have and all you ARE!

Ā

Ā

For this week, I leave you with this:

instrospection question:

Ā

šŸ”„Ā If I were to put my highest interests first, what would I do differently starting now ?ā€šŸ”„

Ā

I can assure you that the answer to that question will seed

your next step(s.)

Ā

I LOVE helping people find deep and lasting Transformation!šŸ’„

Ā

Have a great week!

I'mĀ Celebrating YOU,

with so much love,

PS: Feeling wonky and need additional support?

It's important to believe in yourself and shine your light again.

If you've been playing it small and safe (and I understand these past few years haven't been easy for many); now is the time to getĀ BACK ON TRACK,Ā reclaim your power andĀ live to the true reason you were put on this earth.

Thank you for your blog. It is worth a read. I need so much healing and I need the courage to make the shift in my life. Iā€™ve been facing the truth but do not have the courage to do what needs to be done as I am not scared but have 3 kids I need to think about. Living on the streets with them wonā€™t be an option but I def need to make the changes need for our spiritual and mental well being!
