Have you ever believed in yourself and accomplished something you didn’t think you could? Do you remember what that felt like? Exhilarating, perhaps? Imagination has no limits, so why should real life? Believe that you can do anything and then stand back. Let your dreams unfold in amazing ways. Belief is the alignment within yourself, the linking of the head and the heart. It is the merging of all of the total energy that is you at your deepest core. It is the part of you that knows no limits or boundaries. If you can believe that anything is possible and feel that belief within your heart and soul- then you can reach the highest potential for your life. You can do anything! Take the steps forward because as you will learn, there are no mistakes- only lessons. Believe in yourself; your heart and your life.
How authentic is your life? Where are you fully able to be yourself? What does being real mean to you? Authenticity is being in truth with our values. There is such freedom in an authentic life- that as long as you are living in alignment to your core truth, anything that isn’t in truth simply falls away.
Knowing what your values are and what is important to you is a very individual process and one that is vital to any decision making. What do you value? Adventure, security, independence, contribution, family, spirituality- the list goes on. Once you know your values in priority order, you can hone in on the choices that lie before you- and from there, you can make the decision with the highest potential.
Open yourself to the unlimited possibilities for your life! And answer the question:
Can you dare to be yourself?

A recent talk at a local library-(see picture) led me to a fascinating discovery:
Humans are an interesting bunch.
Most of us spend many hours, many days and many years in thinking mode.
We think of what has happened to us, or what will happen.
The human brain ruminates, plots, plans, worries, and dreams up many “what if” scenarios.
Wouldn’t you like to get to a point where you are running the show of what your brain thinks about?
What if you were able to take a big step back from the mind chatter and to sort out what is important and what is distraction? How would you feel about being able to make decisions from a clear and calm center?
What a ride 2018 has been.
I don't know about you, but for me personally- it was one helluva _________ (insert your own imaginative word here)
Do you remember that carnival ride- the one that you sat strapped in- it flung you around, up and down and spun you around? I think it was called a "Tilt-A-Whirl"
That's what 2018 felt like for me.
