Taking a moment to reflect on the beauty of this Holiday Season~ I am feeling so blessed and honored to be in your lives.
This past year has been a momentous one for me, as I’ve transitioned my business from one location to another. The old location was very comfortable, and it was a part of a wonderful community. But, I had been feeling the tuggings at my heart strings for some time and knew that changes were imminent.
When Leslie at Absolute Yoga in Woodbury told me that there would be a space opening up in her amazing studio~ I immediately said YES! When everything in your energy is aligned, you know the answer. I’ve learned that you don’t need to know how everything will fall into place, but that staying in a place of TRUST~ helps to resolve the details.
Fast forward to NOW, I’ve been in the new space for a few months now, and I can safely say that it was the best decision for me and for my business. It is even more wonderful than I could have imagined! Many clients have followed me to the new location, and I’ve been welcomed into this new community where I’ve met so many amazing souls.
So, here is my wish for you: May you follow what is tugging at your heart-strings and take the leap of faith. May 2016 and beyond bring you the life of your desires as we continue to share PEACE,TOLERANCE, COMPASSION and UNDERSTANDING.
Whether you’ve known me and my business (in its various incarnations) for years, or had Life Coaching, attended a Singing Bowl class, taken one of the on-line courses, and even if you’ve just found me through a Gratitude Rock or received a gift~ My Holiday wish for you, is to be the JOY that you are and share your light with the world……
peace and namaste~ cathie December 2015

Most of us dream of living a fulfilled life. We imagine what it would be like to have everything under control; in full command of our day, with a healthy body and in a loving relationship.
In truth; when we want to make changes ~ it requires a deeper understanding of the mechanics of change. In other words; old habits die hard. Sometime our patterning lies so deep that we might not even be aware of the core (where it began).
