“The time has come to turn your heart into a temple of fire.”
This life isn’t about accumulating “stuff,” it is about releasing (or burning off) all the things that hold you back from your true nature. It is the paradox of this life that it takes time to be what we already are.
We are all blessed with the beauty of a pure heart at birth. It is the living in this world and society that creates the pain and trauma. We slowly close up, build a wall and retreat within. We avoid facing the muck – it feels too overwhelming. But notice if you were to stand in full appreciation for all your scars and lessons, how that would change the way you feel about your story. Allow this awareness to permeate your thoughts, without judgment. When you notice the life force within and drink in the purity of the spirit- you notice that a cleansing begins to take place. A sense of peace lies within and as you stay with this peace, it begins to grow stronger and more palpable. As this peace comes into the foreground and you let go of things that once hurt- you see begin to see the gifts of the lessons. You acknowledge the hurts, bless them and then release them. It is in this release that we open to our true nature.
This month, we take time to acknowledge the beauty and fragility of the heart. Feel the beat of your own heart as it merges with the heart of the earth. This inner drumbeat calls you forth. When you listen to the wisdom of the heart, it will tell you what it wants and what it needs. This is the time to be who you already are.
Pure Heart Blessings!
Faith is the head chemist of the mind. When faith is blended with the vibration of thought, the subconscious mind instantly picks up the vibration and translates it into its spiritual equivalent and transmits it to infinite intelligence.

A recent talk at a local library-(see picture) led me to a fascinating discovery:
Humans are an interesting bunch.
Most of us spend many hours, many days and many years in thinking mode.
We think of what has happened to us, or what will happen.
The human brain ruminates, plots, plans, worries, and dreams up many “what if” scenarios.
Wouldn’t you like to get to a point where you are running the show of what your brain thinks about?
What if you were able to take a big step back from the mind chatter and to sort out what is important and what is distraction? How would you feel about being able to make decisions from a clear and calm center?
