I want to know what you cry about, what silly things make you laugh, what stories you tell yourself when you don't want to feel the pain.
I want to know that you dance in your living room to happy music, and that you secretly wish you were on Dancing with the Stars.
I will ask you about the deeper meaning of something you've been feeling about the way they talk to you at work; and whose voice is behind the critical nagging voice that tells you "you can never do that"
I will ask you about your own feelings of self-worth, and secret resentments that you might harbor
and will ask you how if continuing to hold these old patterns still serve you in any way.
I will challenge you, cry with you, hold your hand; call you out on your stuff~ and essentially be there to celebrate your wins
and make you believe in yourself as much as I BELIEVE that you can and you will re-ignite your passion and zest for living!
I will help you learn to be comfortable in the uncomfortable as you re-train your mind and learn how to overcome self-sabotage.
I will do my very best to help you to re-connect with your HEART.........and to live the life you love.
