WOWZERS!
How ARE you doing?
Is your brain like a wild river?
Sometimes, mine is TOO!
This past week, I've had many conversations with clients and potential clients!
This challenge seems to be very common as we are overwhelmed and overloaded with external input.
But here's the good news!
There's a way of learning to "tame your brain" and filter out the noise;
so all we are left with is the pure, positive energy of our true nature..
HOW?
Make it a habit to consistently return to your center of
balance and peace. (it's already within)
Sounds too good to be true?
Well, it definitely takes practice- but inner peace is always worth it!

And, once again, I'm reminded of how lucky I am to be able to help people with their challenges, struggles and even their dreams!
Every Day, I get to work with some amazing souls who inspire me as they move toward living an energetically and spiritually aligned life!
The energy has been intense lately, we've just ended Mercury Retrograde, (and Venus too);
and if you follow Chinese Astrology;
we've just entered the year of the Water Tiger!
Truthfully, I am not sure what to make of any of that other than to say,
things are really intense!
So, when I ask "How are you doing?"
I really want you sit with the answer that comes up.
Be present to yourself. (non-judgmental) and journal your answers.

How am I doing?
My HEART is full!
I just received these words:
