How about that Super Moon?
Things turning on their sides?
Although I AM a fairly peaceful person, even I can get upended sometimes.
Thankfully, I have the tools within me to process and quickly return to my natural state of PEACE.
If you're a human being , living in this world at this point in time, I guarantee things can get rough or messy.
It's how we respond that matters.
This week, I ask you to notice when you're feeling
a bit wonky or out of sorts.
Remind yourself that you are a BEing of light, energy and so much more than your physical (ego) self.
Just take a breath and BE peace with me!
