Acceptance
Before I jump into the theme of this week,
I just wanted to say THANK YOU!
Last week, I shared that I had a bout of vertigo and that it knocked me sideways a bit.
So many of you showered me with love and support!
I really appreciate each and every one of you!
I'm deeply grateful and happy to say that I'm almost completely back to my wacky, weird, joyful and happy self.
Nothing like a challenge to make you appreciate the gift of health!
And, to anyone who is experience any health challenges,
I send you love and healing vibes!

Which leads me to the theme of the week.
ACCEPTANCE
Well, really more like
Self-Acceptance.
So, I ask you...
Do you ACCEPT YOURSELF?
It's interesting because it's a different question than
Do you LOVE yourself?
It's an equally important question-
but from my experience; there can be two different answers within the same person.
I want you to think about about it this week.
And, to help you out:
Here are some phrases for you to say to yourself:
(say them slowly and looking in the mirror)

✨ I AM kind and compassionate to myself
✨ I CARE for myself with loving tenderness
✨I AM doing my best
✨ May I give myself the compassion I need
