Food for Thought: Day 1- In a world filled with hectic-ness; it's important to take time to slow down and be aware of what you eat, when you eat and why you eat.
I've been teaching The Divine Dining Method (Mindful Eating) since 2008 and I love the way its helped hundreds of souls make peace with food!
In the coming days, I'll be rolling out the latest version of the self-study course to help you make peace with food for good. (hint: it's not a diet, but a complete overall from the inside out)
