My question this month is:
How is your Beautiful Heart?
Are you living authentically, truthfully and fully YOU?
The reason I ask this is that I see so many people
who are hiding.
Playing it small and safe- to fit in, to blend to just operate in the background.
But, recently, I've been thinking about our purpose in the world-
and the changes that many of us feel are coming.
This year feels to be such a pivotal year and our chance
to really make an impact in the evolution of humanity.

What would this world be like if we all lived more fully from our hearts?
All the time, I am inspired by souls who continually lead authentic lives and are not afraid to live life from a heart centered place.
Most of us don’t want to show our vulnerability- so we mute ourselves or tone down who we truly are.
As the world continues it’s mass awakening and people are joining together to bring awareness to areas where humans are living in unacceptable conditions; each individual is becoming aware of his or her place and living a life from a place that can actually make a difference.
So, what can one person do?
Live with TENDER LOVING CARE
How?
Every day, focus on making your life a meditation!
All of your interactions, all of your teachings, all of your thoughts lead to one destination- and that is the opening to our divine self within.
When you live your life as a meditation, you come from a place of interconectedness and the true beauty of your life leads you to manifest Home- right where you are.
